Instruction for use:
Suspnd 57.5 grams in 1000ml distilled
water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Mix well &
distribute into tubes. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs
pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool the tubes to set as
slopes with 1 inch butts. Best reactions are obtained on
freshly prepared medium. do not use screw-capped tubes or
