Chloramphenicol 50.00 mg

Direction
Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml of ethanol. Mix well and aseptically add to 500 ml of sterile, molten SABHI Agar Base / Rose Bengal Chloramphenicol Agar Base / Dichloran Medium Base with Rose Bengal / spergillus Differentiation Medium Base / DG18 Agar Base / DRBC Agar Base. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.

Use
An antibiotic supplement recommended for the selective isolation of yeasts and molds.

Between 2 to 8°C.
