Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Mix well &distribute into tubes. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbspressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool the tubes to set asslopes with 1 inch butts. Best reactions are obtained onfreshly prepared medium. do not use screw-capped tubes orbottles.
